Chrysler today unveiled the new 2008 Dodge Viper SRT10, the car that’s been making noise about its 600 horsepower. A powerful version of the original Dodge Viper, the Viper SRT10 has a 8.4 liter engine that gives it the ability to do 0-60 in 4 seconds and 0-100 in over 12 seconds. The car pushes a total of 600 horsepower, which is 90 more than the original Viper, and has 560 lb-ft torque. The Viper SRT10 has a TR6060 transmission which is based on the Tremec T56 six-speed manual. The car will arrive in Dodge dealerships in the US this summer.
